     "K eep Christ in Christmas"
                          Poster Contest

All children, 5-14 years of age are eligible to enter the contest!

A winner from each age group will be awared $50 and advancement to the next level of competition. The top three winning designs will be made into a Christmas Card to be sold next year (2021) by the Knights of Columbus Council 9275. Proceeds from these cards will go to the KOC Charity Account for their charitable works.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Poster must reflect the 'Keep Christ In Christmas' theme
• Posters must be done on 11 x 17" paper
• The name and age of the contestant must be clearly printed on the back side of the poster
• Each poster should be original work, including concept, layout, slogan and any visual images
• If pastels, chalk or charcoal are used, the poster must be laminated or covered in plastic
• Each contestant may submit only one entry
• Each poster must be accompanied by an Entry Form [link found below], that must be signed by parent or guardian.

DEADLINE

• Poster WITH entry form MUST be received BEFORE December 15, 2020

JUDGING SCHEDULE

• Council Judging: by December 30, 2020
• District Judging: January 15, 2021
• Regional Judging: January 31, 2021
• State Judging: February 15, 2021
